British White Cow - Bountiful

HRH Bountiful in the Summer of 2006 about 7 months bred. She's a strikingly beautiful cow and seems somehow  to glow with motherhood more than my other girls . . .Pictured below in May and Nov. of '08 is Bountiful Babe, her fall 2007 heifer sired by Elvis.

Fall '06 heifer calf from Wanda Mae and J.West's Elvis, pictured in March of 07above, and  named JWest's Vincenzia.....she's an excellent young heifer.  Vinnie suffered a severe leg injury in August of 2007 and it was a solid year before she was healed.  She's pictured below in October 2008.  Were it not for her excellent disposition, we likely would not have seen her fully healed, she let you treat her in an open pen for a very long time.

British White Cow - Wanda Mae   Little cow I call Wanda Mae (Halliburton Boopsie)  in the Summer of 2006, about 5 months bred and a hefty bull calf recently weaned.  The most placid cow in my herd - a Popeye daughter.  Cow Calving Slideshow
Pictured below is Wanda Mae's fall born El Presidente sired bull calf in Nov.'08.  J.West's Sandy Andy, and he is very much a future herd sire!
Pictured below is J.West's Tom Sawyer, grandson of HRH Bountiful, sired by Huckleberry Finn.....and perhaps one of the best Huck Finn sons in the breed, we're looking forward to seeing his calves in 2009.

This is J.West's Big Mac, born July 2006, another outstanding HRH Bountiful son sired by J.West's Elvis, pictured in May 2008.

J.West's Blossum, Spring 07 Heifer Calf from J West's Brigit and JWest's El Presidente. I'd like my entire herd to give me heifers of this beauty and quality, along with excellent carcass traits, which she definitely has with her two outstanding parents..

British White Heifers

Two Huck Finn heifers, the one on the left is Maggie Rae, the other out of TX Alta.  Below is  Maggie Rae's heifer, Betty Boop, sired by Elvis, and a welcome addition to the herd.

Beautiful Spring 04 Huck Finn heifer, dam is GR Edna, pictured to the right. Below is Elsie Edna with her own Spring '06 heifer calf.
British White Cow - Elsie

GR Edna (AKA Elsie) in November 2004, Spring bred.  Below is Edna's Spring 07 Heifer Calf, J.West's Elsie Eve, sired by J.West's El Presidente

British White Bull Calf - King Cole
JWest's King Cole as a youngster.  Dam HRH Arlene, sire Halliburton Colonel. Pictured below in the spring of 2006.

JWest's Snowflake, sired by JWest's Elvis, in Feb. 07.  She may be a bit under marked, but she is a real sweetheart and has great confirmation.  Pictured below is Snowflakes fall born '08 heifer calf,  nicely made girl, same curious nature.

Halliburton Adios in May 2005, just two weeks following weaning of a 593 lb bull calf, J .West's El Presidente, now a primary herd sire here at the ranch.  Quite an amazing little cow. Below is her bull calf sired by J.West's Blue Boy, named Macho Bueno, and one of the meatiest easy fattening herd sires ever raised here, and now in commercial service.

British White Cow - JWest's Madonna

JWest's Madonna, Dam Halliburton Kaywood 61K, Sire DFTX Watson, an excellent girl, definitely a keeper.  About 7 months bred in the Summer of '06.
